What is Sydael?
Sydael is an AI goal-coaching app that helps people set goals, break them into milestones, and stay accountable through regular coaching conversations. AI-powered coaching to help you set goals, stay accountable, and grow — individually or as a team.
How much does Sydael cost?
Sydael has a free plan that includes 10 coach messages per month. The Grow plan for individuals is $4.99 per month, or $3.99 per month billed annually ($47.88 per year). Sydael Enterprise for teams is $14.99 per seat per month, or $11.99 per seat billed annually, with a minimum of 5 seats.
Is there a free version of Sydael?
Yes. The free plan lets you set goals, track milestones, log your mood and write weekly reflections, with 10 AI coach messages per month. No card is required to start.
Who is Sydael for?
Sydael coaches three kinds of people, and adapts its coaching style to each: students working towards academic and early-career goals, working professionals pursuing career progression and skills, and entrepreneurs building a business. You choose which applies when you sign up.
How is an AI coach different from a human coach?
An AI coach is available at any hour, costs a fraction of a human coach, and remembers every previous conversation. A human coach brings lived judgement, professional accreditation and accountability that an AI cannot replace. Sydael is designed for the everyday accountability between sessions — the follow-through — rather than as a substitute for professional therapy or accredited executive coaching.
Can my employer see my goals on Sydael?
No. On Sydael Enterprise, organisation admins can see aggregate engagement data such as how many people are active, but never the content of an individual’s goals, coaching conversations, reflections or mood entries. Those are private to the account holder.
Is Sydael available on Android and iPhone?
Sydael runs in any web browser at sydael.com. An Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. An iOS app is planned.
How does Sydael’s AI coaching actually work?
You tell Sydael what you are working towards, and it asks focused questions to understand the goal before offering advice. It breaks goals into dated milestones, checks in on progress, and adapts its questions to what it has learned about you across sessions. It asks one question at a time rather than presenting a form.
Can teams and companies use Sydael?
Yes. Sydael Enterprise lets an organisation buy seats from a minimum of 5, invite employees by email or by uploading a roster, and see aggregate engagement analytics. Every seat includes unlimited coaching messages, subject to a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 a month. Individual coaching content stays private to each employee.
What data does Sydael store, and can I delete it?
Sydael stores your goals, milestones, coaching conversations, reflections and mood entries, encrypted in transit and private to your account. You can delete individual goals at any time, or delete your entire account and all associated data from the account settings page.
